Our osteopathic clinic has been serving Hastings and the surrounding community since 1985. We are a family-run business with two qualified osteopaths, Paul Teale and Alistair Teale. Both of us are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and as such have appropriate indemnity insurance.
Our aim is to provide an accurate musculoskeletal/medical diagnosis and treat you osteopathically to relieve your symptoms and bring you back to optimum health as quickly as possible.

Paul Teale
Paul Teale started his osteopathic career in the early 1980’s at the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy). He graduated in 1985 with a Diploma in Osteopathy with Honours.
He has worked in Hastings for almost 40 years, having also had associations with clinics in Sevenoaks and North London during that time.
He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, in accordance with the requirement under UK law which protects the title Osteopath. He is a senior associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and regularly attends events there.
He is also active as a committee member for Kent and East Sussex Osteopaths, an organisation which arranges post graduate CPD events for practicing osteopaths in the South East of England.

Alistair Teale
Alistair Teale trained at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, graduating with an Integrated Masters Degree in Osteopathy in 2014. He has since worked in this clinic and in Maidstone at the Scott Osteopathic and Health Clinic.
He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, in accordance with the requirement under UK law, which protects the title Osteopath. He is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Imaging
